Insurance and Payment Policies

Dental Insurance

We welcome patients with dental insurance to our practice. We ask that you bring your complete insurance information at the time services are provided. As a courtesy, our staff will file your insurance. We are committed to working with you and your insurance company to maximize your insurance benefits.  However, we are considered an out-of-network provider, therefore, part, or all, of our services may not be covered by your plan. You are responsible for payment regardless of your insurance coverage.

Payment Policy

We appreciate your payment at the time services are rendered. Please be prepared to pay your estimated out of pocket portion at your appointment. We accept all major credit cards, and offer contactless payments, including Samsung Pay and Apple Pay. 

A late charge will be added to your account on any unpaid balances 3 months after receiving a statement, including outstanding amounts to be paid by your insurance company. Additionally, we cannot accept responsibility for your insurance plan's delay of payment for any completed procedures, although we work hard to expedite any delay with your insurance provider. 

Appointments

We understand that your time is valuable, and we will make every effort to provide services in a prompt fashion. We strive to give each patient our undivided attention with unsurpassed service for his or her appointment time. In exchange, we expect that you will be present for your appointment at the scheduled time. We understand that scheduling conflicts occasionally occur and would appreciate at least 24 hours' notice of cancellation, and preferably 48 hours' notice, if possible
